Please note that "First Class" shipping does not come with insurance in case your package is lost in transit.

Due to the nature of these items ABSOLUTELY NO EXCHANGES, REFUNDS OR STORE CREDITS will be issued due to lost packages. Please read “Returns & Exchanges” for purchases not lost in transit.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We are not responsible for lost packages.

Carrier Issues:

Before we forward your order to the carrier, we always ensure the quality of each product. However, there are many factors that might have resulted in your products to be damaged in the transit. 

So we can get this sorted for you, please drop us a message with the following info:

1 - Your name, e-mail, and best contact number

2 - Your order number (this can be found on your order confirmation email)

3 - Picture of the item if damaged
