Returns & Exchanges Policy

What should I do if I receive an incorrect item, damaged item, or faulty item?

We're sorry to hear that you've had an issue with your order. We do not issue refunds only exchanges for store credit. You have 10 days from confirmation of receipt to begin the return or exchange process. 


Returns will be accepted on certain items.  Please send a request via email within 10 business days of receiving your item(s).  In your email, please provide your reason for return.  Because refunds are not issued, you will need to review exchanges.  A follow up email will be sent 3-5 business days starting from the day we receive your request.


Exchanges are only accepted if the product was damaged upon receiving it (please provide pictures through email) or the wrong item was shipped (notification needs to be sent within 10 days of receiving item).  All returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please send request via email to  In your email, provide order information and reason for exchange. All returning merchandise must be in its original packaging.  Please include a copy of your invoice or order number with your return.

Once reviewed, a follow up email will be sent within 1-3 business days upon receiving request.
